Knitting is a form of meditation for me. 

The repetitive motions with the needle, 

stitch 

after 

stitch 

after 

stitch 

cleanse my mind 

and put me in a meditative state of inner peace 

where I and the rest of the world fade away 

until 

only the knitting remains ;).

Purple Necklaces

Two purple necklaces with a rainbow fluorite as a central piece.

The first one is quite simple - a double linen cord with a lock on the side.

 The second is more colorful and happy with amethyst, jade, peridot and sterling silver beads.

Purple is the color of the 7th chakra - Sahasrara. It is the color of people seeking spiritual fulfillment. It is said if you surround yourself with purple you will have peace of mind*. I love to wear purple in my Yoga practice and especially during meditation. 

Dragonflies

The Dragonfly is a symbol of happiness, speed and purity. It also represents transformation and life's ever constant process of change.*

It's iridescent appearance inspired me to make these colorful earrings using amethyst, jade, peridot and silver beads.

Dragonfly lives a short life, and it knows it must live to the fullest. This lesson is huge for each of us. 

There is endless beauty and wisdom in every speck of life. Let each day be a small reminder of here and now, a small awakening to a more conscious being.
